ParaApp terms of use

These terms govern use of ParaApp and its community chat, operated by Squirrel Systems LLC. By using community chat, you also agree to the community guidelines and privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to post in community chat. General mining features may be used without posting.

Your content

You remain responsible for messages, reactions, nicknames, and other content you submit. You grant Squirrel Systems a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and moderate chat.

Prohibited conduct

Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, spam, scams, impersonation, doxxing, malware, illegal content, and attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service are prohibited. Violations may result in content removal or a permanent ban.

Moderation

ParaApp may apply automated filters. Users can report messages and block other users. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to enforce these terms and aim to review abuse reports promptly.

No financial advice

Mining statistics and user messages are informational. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Squirrel Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App where such exclusions are legally permitted.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend access for violations. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. You may stop using ParaApp at any time.
