DREY support

Supported environments

DREY supports Chrome 120 or later and current Brave desktop through one verified Chrome Web Store listing. Install or update DREY only from the store link published on the DREY product page.

DREY Mobile supports the operating-system versions shown on its official Apple App Store and Google Play listings. This site does not offer an IPA, APK, sideload package, or unofficial mobile download.

Current features

• Software-seed Bitcoin mainnet wallets on iOS, Android, and in the browser extension.
• Bitcoin receive, send, history, recovery, and site-provider flows.
• Ordinals gallery, eligible native transfer, rescue, and sweep actions.
• A Squirrel Systems-hosted gateway.

Ledger, watch-only profiles, offline PSBT, custom gateways, Umbrel, inscription creation, and live named-marketplace integrations are not public release features.

Before contacting support

• Record the DREY version, platform, operating-system version, and browser version when applicable.
• Describe the action, expected result, and exact visible error.
• Remove or mask addresses, transaction identifiers, balances, and private wallet labels unless they are essential and explicitly safe to share.

Never send recovery material

Squirrel Systems will never ask for recovery words, a private key, vault password, or remote access to a funded wallet. Anyone asking for these is not providing legitimate DREY support.
